Unsure - Will decide upone more information primarily in regards to Environmental aspects and also the need to revamp and reopen the Cresta Valley Snowsports area - This is a greater priority in my opinion

About Me

I have a great love of the high country. I enjoy all varieties of skiing as well as challenging hikes and light duty mountaineering. I occasionally run package hiking tours based at ski resorts to introduce more people to the places we love. I've written a few articles on mountain history ranging from areas like the Feathertop Bungalow to hydro history to the development of skiing. I'm keen on recording the history of the High Country and believe that historic sites such as mountain huts and the Buffalo Chalet, should be restored. However I'm also keen to see further development of our mountains.

About Me

I am what you could call an "old man" but keenly interested in what is going on around me.

I have been a foundation member of both the " Friends of Mt Buffalo" and "Friends of Bogong"  Served as a member of advisory committee's to the Min. for Conservation, Forests

and Lands" and Dep't of CF&L  N/E. I am totally opposed to any kind of so called commercially tourist development in any National Park. We have to understand that a N/P

is there to preserve habitat for flora and fauna to preseve landscape and to give people space to commune with nature, but not on our terms of developing all sort of so called
"attractions" Let's keep the attractions in towns and in man made environments!

If I had a million dollars, I definitely wouldnt buy you a house, or a diamond ring, or anything of the sorts.

I would pay for some plastic surgery, and probably pay for one of those Hitmen that dont really exist to bump off my X husband (hehehe)

Then I'd buy an island all to myself and fill it with chip'n'dales!

I wonder how many chipendales I can buy for a million dollars?

I bet I couldnt get as many chippendales as I could get backlinks for a million dollars!   The Backlinks Forum would probably give you a rough idea

Having recently moved to Bright, a gondola erected and designed properly, would be an asset to Bright and the local community.

About Me

I moved to Bright two years ago after a career as a press photographer for fifty years with both The Age and HeraldSun.  I am a Justice of the Peace and secretary of the Bright Croquet Club.

It may have been my intial letter to the Bright Observer that planted the seed of thought  of having a gondola upto the top of Mt Buffalo as I believe it is a great opportunity to bring more tourism and business to the Alpine Region

I am a retired business person who was in retail and manufacturing in Myrtleford.

I am a current freelance independent news correspondent

to all visual and print media in the North East of Vicoria and

some Melbourne media and some Government representatives

I also have as a hobby an email service to Media, Government and the Public entitled "Instant Breaking News" where I send information out via email to multiple recipients when emergency situations occur such as when

bushfires first start on severe to catastrophic days when communities are threatened, or when road accidents occur,

severe weather approaches, trees block roads and when there is severe flooding.

I also have the Bureau of Meterorology's Weather Station situated at my location at 76 Clancy Lane, Myrtleford where daily weather information is sent to the bureau, and all media in the North East of Victoria including Prime TV that

is included in their daily weather report which comes from Canberra and is relayed to the Albury Station during the local news bulliten every day of the week.
